Shipping Policy
We ship orders both within the Philippines and abroad. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Nationwide Shipping (Philippines)
We ship nationwide via Flash Express and, upon request, LBC.
- Free shipping applies to all orders ₱1,500 and above.
- For orders below ₱1,500, a standard shipping fee applies:
- ₱95 – Metro Manila
- ₱180 – Provincial areas
Delivery Timeframe:
- Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5–7 business days
Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)
For urgent orders, you may arrange Grab/Lalamove pick-up directly from your end. This gives you full control over the schedule and ensures smoother dispatch.

🕒 Cut-off Time: Before 3:00 PM
- Free same-day delivery applies to orders ₱3,000 and above within Metro Manila.
- For orders below ₱3,000, delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
➡️ Once booked, kindly send us the driver’s name and contact number so we can prepare your package accordingly.
International Shipping
We ship international orders via FedEx.
- Flat rate: ₱2,999 (~USD 55)
- Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination and package weight.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- Everything Calligraphy is not liable for delays beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the courier.
