Return & Refund Policy

At Everything Calligraphy, we take pride in offering carefully curated writing instruments, inks, and stationery. Each item is inspected prior to shipping, but should an issue arise, please review the guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons:
  • Opened ink bottles or ink samples
    • Used pens, nibs, or paper products
    • Special-order items

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info.everythingcalligraphy@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging for verification.
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to change an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened consumables (inks, paper, nibs)
