Graphilo is named after the Greek words graph (to write) and philo (to love). Without a doubt, the people behind Japanese Kobeha loves to write! The Graphilo series is somewhat of a love letter to the written word in general, and to the fountain pen in particular.

The paper was created with the cooperation of a paper manufacturer and fountain pen enthusiasts. The paper is specially coated on both sides with an organic filler that dramatically reduces the pores in the paper and provides a uniform surface that prevents feathering and bleeding.

Graphilo paper emphasizes shading and sheen very nicely with a minimal difference in quality on the both side. The paper is a light cream color with a weight of 81.4 gsm.
