METACIL (Metal Pencil) is a pencil with the lead made of a special alloy containing graphite, and it can be used the same as a pencil, to write and to erase. With significantly less wear, you can continue writing for long periods of time (approx. 16km!) without sharpening.

The Metacil Pencil from Sun-star is fully made of aluminum, and the pen tip is made of a special alloy material containing graphite. The octagon body is easy to hold. It can continue to write for a distance of about 16 KM without sharpening and erase your handwriting with an ordinary eraser. Ideal for drafting.
Since it will not bleed through water or water-based markers, it is suitable for watercolor painting and illustration drawing.
