The Texture Series represents Yamamoto Paper’s careful exploration of wax coating as a way to enhance the natural qualities of paper. Embossed patterns are formed using engraved press rolls, then paired with precisely colour-controlled raw materials. After waxing, the tones become richer, and variations in transparency emerge depending on how much wax the paper absorbs. The result is a cover that feels layered, tactile, and considered.

Inside, the notebook uses Soliste paper throughout. Smooth and dependable, it handles pencils, ballpoints, fountain pens, and dip pens without feathering or bleed-through. The pocket format makes it an ideal companion for notes, sketches, and everyday observations.
